Allan Drew Retirement

Allan Drew retired on the 16th of March 2016 after 53 years of serving the industry (with over 40 years at Gill and leaving a wealth of experience).

Chesterfield Hospital 003

Chesterfield Hospital Phase 1

This project we carried out for N G Bailey Limited – the pictures show External Chilled Water Pipework which has been insulated using Foil Rockwool section taped and enclosed using 24swg Stucco Aluminium Cladding riveted and identified to BS: 1710 – with mastic at all joints and removable aluminium boxes on all the valves and flanges (The valves and flanges are measured by Gill and manufactured on site at the Gill Head Office in Nottingham). The contract value was circa £100k

High Level Ductwork (Acoustic Insulation)

This project we carried out for Derry Building Services in Newark who are part of Bowmer & Kirkland. This project was very fast track and the majority of the services insulated were at heights of 20 metres. The overall project value was circa £600k and the workmanship carried out by Gill was second to none, look at some of the photos attached.

This project we are currently carrying out for Rotary Building Services who are part of Lorne Stewart. This project is very bespoke and the majority of works are finished in Stainless Steel Cladding to a food grade standard “very high”. The contract value continues to grow and stands around £1million.
